 For 15 years, Lisa Sutton & Music Services have taken pride in supporting independent musicians in their quest to develop CDs for their audience. We've worked with everyone from indies who later got "picked up" by a major, to distribution companies needing help both managing the artwork for all the different artists coming through their distribution system to manufacturing, inventorying and drop shipping product to desired locations.

Music Services primarily offers CD & DVD duplication to Red Book industry standard. 1000+ runs are the most cost effective and standard manufacturing regime we offer. These discs are run from a glass master & stamper or DVD Master and are printed up to high resolution offset color. We have automated loaders to package your books & trays or slipcovers and shrink wrap the end result.
For our short runs, we offer the best & the fastest service for your pre-release. On our classic CDRs, we also offer full color printed faceplates with Paper or Tyvek sleeves or unwrapped jewel cases. Talk to us about the specific uses for your short run and we will come up with the best option to fit your mailing and delivery needs, like sleeves for cheaper postage on radio mailings.  Graphic Design can range from down & dirty, cheap graphics to full scale Art Direction including photoshoots and logo/identity creation. Many of our standard CD clients opt for our "package price" for their CD covers so there is no variance in hourly price at the end. Graphics can become expensive hourly when you are working on something like a CD cover and we find our clients prefer to get a ganged price with a solid graphic and move on to the expense of manufacturing painlessly. We offer "package pricing" which includes concept, the design work, simple retouching & color correction of provided pictures and all proofing and edits for the CD/DVD disc art & the paper booklet or overlay.
Music Services can also complete simple graphics on a hourly basis to edit your existing art or create something in a matter of an hour or so, and then only charge $100.00/hour which saves our clients money, under the package rates. Sometimes a postcard would only take half an hour, so we'd charge a half hour fee for something quick & easy that's in conjunction to a project we are currently working on. Often with Art Direction customers, we charge Music Services' standard $1000.00 AD fee to create a concept including photography or illustration, if required. Often on these projects, Music Services dedicates time to our preferred customer who has a more serious desire to fulfill in their art and visual package. We appreciate this customer and our AD fee allows us to move the project to high priority and spend the time needed to acquire the correct paper & printers to complete a retail package that shines. Beyond all the standard help with posters & t-shirts or onesheets & POP, we feel providing solid CD product, not only needs good design, it needs mastering and all of it's administration handled properly if you really want to make money from selling your intellectual property right. In Nashville, we have some of the greatest recording studios and mastering facilities in the industry. We've worked with most of them. We also work with the guys who handle encoding the ISRC codes for radio into your tracks, we can do simple edits such as gaps or pops in a matter of days for a reasonable price. Your master should also be encoded with the proper reporting software for tracking purposes and your product should be barcoded if it's to be considered "retail ready."  Music Services can also cover copyright & administration needs in regards to your songwriter shares, publisher shares, performance rights affiliation as well as any clearances or licenses you might need if you've recorded someone else's song.
